This project was a market ready facelift of an old 80’s building that had wonderful site amenities, but lacked any street identity on a prominent first street corner. did The addition of Aluma wall panels and an Architectural feature at an unused side entry along with a fountain and patio at the corner create what was needed and it was quickly leased upon completion.
