Our client had a vacant 80,000 sq ft tilt up and wanted to redesign the entrance, which sat on the corner of Patrick Henry Blvd. A combination of rock veneer, butt jointed clear glass and Alumawall paneling, as well as a simple market ready interior tenant improvement provided the right amount of reinvention for a quick lease upon completion.
