Kinetics was a fairly small business. They wanted to move away from their “mom and pop” appearance and wanted a building that could reflect their thriving & maturing business. Dennis Kobza, Sr. and Dennis Kobza, Jr., collaborated to deliver them their dream facility. The two story corporate headquarters included a cafeteria and was approximately 72,000 sq ft.
