This emerging medical device company was moving into an existing space that was nice, but lacked the new culture of a collaborative and integrative work environment the company sought for it’s employees and clients. The first thing we did was break away some of the existing walls to open up the break room and expose it to the open office area. New interior finishes, vibrant wall stripes along with a new paint palette helped make this office space into a fresh, collaborative and modern work place. A social area and fitness room were also added and helped create that new culture dynamic the company was seeking to capture.
