This was the headquarters and a “statement” building for Exar Corporation that faced Highway 880 in Fremont. The collaboration between Dennis Kobza, Sr. and Dennis Kobza, Jr, led to a quite successful design that has been copied around the bay area. The project consisted of 2 buildings totaling about 150,000 sq ft.
