This was a job to have fun with for a non-profit organization in need of a space that reflected just that, a fun, lively and inviting atmosphere.
Originally an older tilt up building designed by Dennis Kobza Sr. in the late 70’s, it was reinvented into an office building which included a mezzanine for personal offices and use by a shared tenant.
