This was a two building project originally designed by Dennis Kobza, Sr. in the mid 70’s. It had recently been purchased and AMB who came to us to refresh the building’s look. This was a project on a very tight budget. We worked with closely with the contractor and provided a new entry concept, glazing and site elements. Creating the new entry without completely changing the structure was the key to making the project a success. The building was leased by MIPS.
