Dennis Kobza & Associates, Inc. had been working with Adaptec since the early 1980’s and when they wanted to design a more upscale building they came back to us to make it happen. The building was 2 stories, and over 90,000 including site amenities that set some design trends which started popping up on other projects after the buildings completion.
